Public View of Miami Sports Fans
Opinion piece on Miami sports fans at http://thecrowdnoise.wordpress.com/
Feel free to hate on it if you feel the need to, but this is what I believe to be an accurate view of Miami sports fans. Obviously the people dedicated to this board fall under the diehard category, but the piece is referring to the average fan. I felt that the best way to spread the word about the blog would be to discuss it with fans IN Miami.

They are fair weather. But they hardly suck.
They spend money.m They attend games.
If you think Knicks fans and Celtics fans are great, then Heat fans are better since they have performed better in the last 15 years.
That tells you one thing. Put a winner on the field/court, and this town supports you. Much like everywhere else.

I cant post on the site because i dont have a word press account, but here's my response the the guy who did post.
I have to disagree with the guy above, i live in the bay area, california. The cost of living is astronomical here and the 49ers sell out week after week. The Warriors draw pretty high even though they are awful, the Giants are sold out every home game. The raiders could draw more but their fans certainly attend games. Id say the only team that doesnt draw well around here is the A\’s and its because they play in a ****hole. I dont think cost of living has anything to do with people showing up for team sports. New York has the highest cost of living in the country and every one of their teams sell out every game.
bad argument
